Meeting Date Changed From October 23 to November 15, 2000

The meeting will be open to all QuesTec.com shareholders of record on September 18, 2000. This year's meeting will be held at the Sheraton Long Island Hotel, 110 Vanderbilt Motor Parkway, Smithtown, New York 11788, (631) 231-1100.
