Deer Park, New York, Friday, October 6, 2000 – QuesTec.com, Inc., (NASD-BB: QSTI), ("QuesTec.com"), announced today that the Company has selected the following individuals, subject to shareholder approval, to serve on QuesTec.com's Board of Directors, effective October 23, 2000.

Phillip J. Albanese - President, National Equipment Rental Program

Paul W. Baim - Director of Software Engineering, Titan Systems Corp., Atlantic Aerospace Division.

William Cavanaugh - Retired, former President\CEO, Fairchild Aircraft Corporation

Derek Donaldson, ESQ - Derek Donaldson Law Corporation

Stephan A. Ehrlich - Segment Executive of Worldwide Sports & Entertainment, IBM

Steven B. Greenfield,ESQ. - President, Steven B. Greenfield, P.A.
