QuesTec.com, Inc. (NASD-BB: QSTI), QuesTec.Com, Inc.
(NASDBB: QSTI), ("QuesTec"), today
announced that it has completed its filing
requirement with the Securities and Exchange
Commission and has become a reporting company
eligible for listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.
As a result of its filing of Form 10-SB and
amendments, QuesTec is subject to greater
regulatory oversight by the SEC and other
regulatory authorities, and must file Form 10-KSB
and Form 10-QSB in a timely manner through the
EDGAR system. The OTC Bulletin Board is a
quotation service that displays real-time quotes,
last-sale prices, and volume information in
domestic and certain foreign securities.
